Planning your Pub Business is Step Three
A meeting with your Regional Enterprise Inns Manager to talk through ideas and obtain a Condition Report on the pub will help you with the next stage whereby you will prepare your Business Plan setting out how you envisage running the pub. Your Business Plan together with your Application Form outlining your experience and qualifications will then need to be sent to Enterprise Inns to be considered.
Agreement of the Enterprise Inn Terms is Step Four
Enterprise Inns will work with publicans to ensure they are aware of the terms of their Agreement and evaluate using their Business Plan the pubs possible potential financially. At this stage taking legal advice is recommended so that you are totally aware of the terms of the Agreement then signature is required to enable you to start as a publican for Enterprise Inns.

Starting to run your Enterprise Inns Pub is the next step and with the Agreement signed you are now ready to become a Publican in your chosen pub in the location you prefer.
