Enterprise Inns sold some of their pubs to St Austell Brewery enabling the brewer to expand their portfolio of pubs stocking their ales.

Enterprise Inns have pub leases whereby the publican is tied to buy certain stock.  Enterprise Inns have worked with the Society of Independent Brewers to give permission to small brewers to sell their beers and ales in Enterprise Inn pubs.  This stance of Enterprise Inns allows smaller brewers to extend their business into the retail area in their local area which they know and understand.
